(1)超聲波清洗機電源及電熱機電源須有良好接地裝置。
(1) The power supply of ultrasonic cleaning machine and electric heating machine must be well grounded.
(2)超聲波清洗機在槽中沒有水或溶劑時,千萬不要啟動,否則會造成空振,造成振動頭損壞或報廢。
(2) Do not start the ultrasonic cleaning machine when there is no water or solvent in the tank, otherwise it will cause air vibration and damage or scrap the vibrating head.
(3)有加熱系統(tǒng)的超聲波清洗機嚴(yán)禁無液時打開加熱開關(guān)。

(4)禁止用重物(如鐵件)撞擊清洗機槽底,以免能量轉(zhuǎn)換機晶片受損。

(5)超聲波清洗機電源應(yīng)單獨使用一路220V/50Hz電源,配裝2000W以上穩(wěn)壓機。

(6)清洗機槽底要定期沖洗,不得有過多的雜物或污垢。

(7)清洗機操作過程中請勿將手指放入清洗槽中,否則會感到刺痛或者不適。

(8)每次換新液時,待超聲波起動后,方可洗件。

(9)采用清水或水溶液作為清洗劑,禁止使用酒精,汽油或其他腐蝕性強、易燃、易爆的液體作為清洗劑加入清洗機中,有可能造成火災(zāi)等危險情況發(fā)生。
(9) Clean water or aqueous solution shall be used as cleaning agent. It is prohibited to use alcohol, gasoline or other highly corrosive, flammable and explosive liquids as cleaning agents into the cleaning machine, which may cause fire and other dangerous situations.
(10)當(dāng)需要用腐蝕性或揮發(fā)性強的清洗液時,可采用間接清洗的方法。即:在清洗槽內(nèi)加水,再將所需清洗液倒入適宜的容機內(nèi)并放入被清洗物,然后將裝有清洗液和清洗物的容機浸入清洗槽中,即可開始清洗工作。
(10) When corrosive or volatile cleaning liquid is required, indirect cleaning method can be adopted. That is, first add water to the cleaning tank, then pour the required cleaning liquid into the appropriate container and put it into the object to be cleaned, and then immerse the container containing the cleaning liquid and the object into the cleaning tank to start the cleaning work.
(11)超聲波清洗效果方式:超聲波清洗槽的溫度一般為30~50℃,根據(jù)不同的清洗對象正確選擇清洗劑。清洗劑一般分為水基(堿性)清洗劑、有機溶劑清洗劑和化學(xué)反應(yīng)清洗劑。通常使用多的為水基清洗劑,根據(jù)被清洗物的污染程度和污垢性質(zhì),選用不同的清洗時間。
(11) Ultrasonic cleaning effect mode: the temperature of the ultrasonic cleaning tank is generally 30 ~ 50 ℃, and the cleaning agent is correctly selected according to different cleaning objects. Cleaning agents are generally divided into water-based (alkaline) cleaning agents, organic solvent cleaning agents and chemical reaction cleaning agents. Usually, water-based cleaning agents are used, and different cleaning times are selected according to the pollution degree and dirt nature of the cleaned objects.
(12)盡量避免長時間連續(xù)工作,一般不超過30分鐘為宜。每次使用完畢后應(yīng)關(guān)機20分鐘以上再次開機使用。
(12) Try to avoid long-time continuous work, generally no more than 30 minutes. After each use, turn off the machine for more than 20 minutes and then turn it on again.
(13)在使用時,清洗槽內(nèi)清洗或脫氣的溶劑不要放入過少,少應(yīng)在槽內(nèi)1/2以上,一般在槽內(nèi)2/3處適宜。
(13) During use, the solvent for cleaning or degassing in the cleaning tank shall not be put too little. It shall be at least 1 / 2 of the tank and generally 2 / 3 of the tank.
(14)使用環(huán)境不能太潮濕,避免水蒸氣等進入到機機內(nèi)部損壞元機件。
