今天我們來講講超聲波清洗機在磷化處理與涂裝處理的應用,經(jīng)過近幾年對超聲波清洗機技術在磷化處理中的研究實踐,在提高產(chǎn)品噴涂質(zhì)量和防止涂裝件返銹方面,已取得良好效果。

一般傳統(tǒng)工藝是脫脂、水洗、鹽酸除銹、水洗、中和、水洗、表調(diào)、水洗、磷化、水洗、烘干。此工藝很大弊端是對結(jié)構復雜零件酸洗除銹后的殘酸很難沖洗干凈,尤其是焊接組合件磷化后,其夾縫內(nèi)含有的殘液影響后道工序的加工。

超聲波清洗機漂洗是工件在除油、除銹、水洗、表調(diào)、磷化等工藝中滲透在焊接夾縫內(nèi)的液體很難排出,且水洗不能完全干凈,在濕熱條件下夾雜物極易造成工件泛黃、生銹。

如果這些殘液在烘干過程中不能完全干固,隨后粉末噴涂以高溫烘干時,殘液由于熱膨脹的作用將滲出焊縫,影響涂料與金屬表面的結(jié)合,造成涂層的附著力下降甚脫離。
