分體式超聲波清洗機依據(jù)應(yīng)用狀況有效溫控儀加熱，操作方法以下：按住加熱電源開關(guān)，溫控儀將表明測量溫度與操縱溫度。上邊表明的是測量溫度，下邊表明的是操縱溫度，當(dāng)測量溫度小于操縱溫度時，溫控儀上out燈亮了，加熱顯示燈亮，機器設(shè)備處在加熱情況;當(dāng)測量溫度高過操縱溫度時，溫控儀上out燈滅，加熱顯示燈滅掉，機器設(shè)備終止加熱。操縱溫度設(shè)定方式：按撥碼鍵設(shè)置操縱溫度，，操縱溫度為58度。此類一般是用加熱管加熱。

普通臺式清洗機一般采用機械設(shè)備的溫控，即旋紐調(diào)節(jié)溫度，如kq-250e型臺式清洗機，其溫控范圍為常溫下-80度。
