1、超聲波換能器脫落,這種情況多見于使用時間較長的實驗室清洗器,因為大部分廠家實驗室用超聲波清洗器采用不銹鋼拉伸槽,換能器固定只能靠粘膠劑固定,使用時間過長,一般兩三年后,換能器就會脫落;工業(yè)用超聲波清洗機(jī),多采用螺釘加粘膠的固定方式,一般很少出現(xiàn)這種情況。

2、超聲波換能器炸裂,工業(yè)用超聲波清洗機(jī)這種問題較為常見,這是有螺釘焊接質(zhì)量差,不銹鋼清洗槽表面不平等原因造成的,另外液體滴在換能器上也會造成換能器炸裂。這種情況下要將炸裂換能器卸下,并對超聲波清洗槽進(jìn)行整形,然后再重新粘結(jié)換能器。

3、換能器過熱,一般清洗槽裝水并開機(jī)工作一段時間后,換能器會慢慢升溫。如果在眾多的換能器中某個換能器溫升特別快,則表明該換能器可能粘結(jié)不好.因為此時聲輻射不好,電能量大部分消耗在換能器上而發(fā)熱。另一個方法是在小信號條件下逐個測量換能器的電阻抗大小來判別粘結(jié)質(zhì)量。

4、超聲波換能器衰減,一般超聲波清洗機(jī)使用2年以上,換能器會形成一定的衰減,震動效果會變得很差,此時,維修后使用壽命也不會太長,維修成本也不低,這樣就可以考慮更換新的清洗機(jī)。
