1、全自動超聲波清洗機安裝預(yù)備

把全自動超聲波清洗機所需膠接的超聲波換能器(配好對的)、缸體、網(wǎng)墊、膠水等預(yù)備好。

把處置好的全自動超聲波清洗機缸體放在膠接平板上放好,并用丙酮在膠接處用棉布再擦拭一遍。把處置好的超聲波換能器膠接面用丙酮再用棉布再擦試一遍。后預(yù)熱1-2分鐘。(每次配置的膠水不能太多,以一次膠接20-30頭為準(zhǔn))膠水配置為5G/頭、比例為1:0.4(膠粘劑比固化劑、應(yīng)盡量準(zhǔn)確)。把缸體和超聲波換能器冷卻到40℃左右時停止膠接,膠接時辨別在缸體和超聲波換能器上平均涂上膠水,兩頭放上網(wǎng)布,然后用力壓緊,膠接速度要快,每次配置膠水后膠接日子不要超越10分鐘上(要求預(yù)備任務(wù)做的充沛)。膠完后停止加壓處置。

6、固化

把膠好的缸體放入無塵烘箱停止固化,固化溫度一次加溫為40-50℃固化30分鐘后,二次加溫到60-70℃固化30分鐘后再三次加溫到80℃固化2小時后自然固化24小時后檢測連線。固化加溫用程控智能溫控儀控制。

全自動超聲波清洗機對固化好的超聲波換能器停止檢測,每個換能器(60W、22、25、28KHZ)的膠接阻抗約在250Ω左右,不能超越300Ω,并對換能器特性停止檢測(不能有雜波),同個缸體上的超聲波換能器阻抗值應(yīng)盡量接近分歧,不能超越均勻值的20%(約±50Ω),對不契合要求的超聲波換能器撤除重新膠接。
